The movie evening “Land of mine”, that will take place in Cinema Iride, Lugano, the 21th of March starting at 6:00PM. Land of Mine is a drama movie shot by the Danish director Martin Zandvliet. “In post-World War II Denmark, a group of young German POWs are forced to clear a beach with thousands of land mines under the watch of a Danish Sergeant who slowly learns to appreciate their plight”. Based on real history and invites us to reflect upon the violation of human rights.
Suggested age: 14 years old. At the end of the movie there will be a solidarity aperitif.
The donations received during this charity event will be devolved to our local and international projects that we support: “Petali di Pace”, an after-school program for school children in Ticino. And our international project: a feeding program for needy children of Paombong, and the construction of a multipurpose center in the Philippines where we can provide to the needy: food programs, health examinations and education programs.

Solidarity concert for Peace
The Association Culture Ticino Network is glad to invite you to take part to a wonderful solidarity concert that will be hold on Tuesday, December 13th 2018, in the Sant’Antonio Abate Church, in Lugano. The voices of three different choirs will gather for an only one purpose.

We have news from the Philippines after our President Margherita Maffeis journey during the first two weeks of January 2018, some of which concerns new collaborations and new projects for the future. For this year as well we are pleased to invite you to our annual events as the World Forum for Peace, this year at its 8th edition, “Village of Peace” and the 5th edition of “In Cammino per la Pace”. Additionally we are happy to announce you of our imminent participation at the important event 4Charity Run of StraLugano 2018, and many other upcoming shows.

StraLugano 2018: join us in 4Charity Run!We have big news for this 2018! We, Culture Ticino Network Association, are proud of taking part for the StraLugano 2018 event. We will attend the 4Charity run: a solidarity marathon that will take place the 27th of May in Lugano at 14:15 PM.
4Charity is a charity event open to anyone, by running or taking a stroll!
The subscription fee will be devolved for our local and international humanitarian initiatives. We are counting on you! The subscription fee is CHF 25.- for adults and CHF 10.- for youngs (U16).

Amazing Performance!The seventh edition of World Forum for Peace took place from 13th of November to 7th of December 2017; and involved a wide range of guests, artists and associations, providing also for this year various culture and peace related activities! Village of Peace on Radio and TV!The seventh World Forum for Peace edition was inaugurated the 13th of November 2017 with our event “Village of Peace”; a spectacular day for peace and culture of peace expressed in 11 different workshops in which over 400 schoolchildren partecipated. During this event our local TV Station covered us!
